Kilted Mile

Unique to the Scottish Games in Pleasanton is the Kilted Mile; the only kilted running event in California. It takes place on the oldest 1-mile horse racing track in the U.S. at 10:00am each day in front of the Grandstand. This free event is open to runners of all ages, as long as they're wearing a kilt! Runners signup at the registration desk under the Grandstand from 8-10:00am each day. Prizes are awarded to the race winner, fastest female, and fastest under-16 male/female Kilted runners.
